REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

JOYHPAMTA offers the possibility of returning your purchase in full within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. For the return request caused by non-quality problems, including but not limited to personal reasons such as dislike, the customer shall bear the returned shipping costs, all returned items will have a 15% restocking fee.


If you decide to return your item, please create a support ticket on the Contact Us page within 30 days of receipt of the product. It must be sent back to our facility within 45 days from the date of receipt.


We accept returns for defective products, in the original storage bag with all accessories, manuals, and documentation that were included with the product. If there is any damage or excessive wear to the item, there will be an additional charge, based on the cost of repair or replacement. We will contact you for confirmation once we receive the returned products and determine that they satisfy return conditions. Please note that your bank may take up to seven days to process the payment.


WARRANTY

JOYHPAMTA provides a 3-month (90 days) warranty period following the date you purchased the product against manufacturing defects for 90 days. Defective products within 3 months will get repaired or replaced at our discretion. You will get a pre-paid Shipping Label to arrange the shipment so you don't need to pay any return delivery charges within 90 days. The freight charge is at our expense.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

Damage from accidents, misuse, or ext such as protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your product arrives with broken glass or dented shades or frames, it's not considered defective, and you can't return it. We'll replace the glass or shades at no extra cost. If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, it will be treated as a regular return with a restocking fee of up to 35%. We may also deduct outbound shipping fees from your refund.

What if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive the wrong item, check your order details first. Notify us within a week of receiving the item. We'll send the correct product within 3 weeks, covering all shipping costs. If you opt for a refund instead, it will be treated as a normal return with a potential 35% charge for storage, order preparation, and shipping.

Can I refuse delivery of a shipped item?
Once shipped, we can't stop the delivery. If you refuse it, you may be charged 30%-50% of the order amount for storage, order preparation, and shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

What if returned items are damaged?
Wrap the product properly when returning it. If the item is damaged upon return, we can't issue a refund. You should file a claim with the shipping company and inform us within 30 days of the damage.

When will I receive the refund?
Refunds are processed within 3 days of receiving the returned item. The arrival time varies based on your payment method, typically taking 1-7 days to reflect in your account.
