3. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 4. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at service@joyhpamta.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. What is the European Union 14 day cooling off period?
If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
